Choose from a wide range of solutions to meet your flooring requirements.

Metz produce a range of solutions to suit every project budget. Whether hygiene, abrasion resistance or dust suppression is the goal, we have the solution. Metz offer the appropriate material selection based on the clients requirements and/or budget. These products can be applied by Metz or by any competent applicator.

No other finish can provide the all-round combination of performance features as a heavy duty industrial tiled floor. Industrial tiles provide a range of slip resistant surface options coupled with extra heavy duty performance (depending on thickness selection), extreme chemical resistance and the end result is the longest term durability. Tiled floors have the added benefit of being easily repairable in the event of either damage or modifications to plant layouts etc. Industrial tiles can be laid traditionally into usually Portland Cement based screed mortars, though in some cases tiles must be fixed with higher performance  epoxy or other resinous materials. Vibration fixed tiling is a specialist method of placing tiles using vibrating rollers. Vibration fixed industrial tiled floors have much finer joints than those laid by traditional techniques, and often utilise hexagonal shaped tiles providing unique appearance and performance.

Monolithic, seamless or resinous floor toppings are also available and offer the advantage of lower cost and faster installation. Often the best solution for clients is some combination of both system types to combat the varying conditions within their industrial facility. The Metz range of extra heavy duty flooring is suitable for demanding traffic and physical environments. Applied at greater thickness than normally available commercial grade flooring systems  provides increased durability. Metz manufactures polyurethane, epoxy, epoxy novolac and vinyl ester flooring systems, so no matter the physical and chemical conditions Metz can provide the right technical and economic solution for your project.

To complement the above systems Metz offers heavy duty polyurethane movement jointing materials capable of withstanding forklift traffic. Further we have waterproofing membranes, impervious and chemical resistant grouts, epoxy renders and paints, and a complete range of wall tiles and epoxy grouts meaning we can offer our clients the most cost appropriate and technically suitable industrial floor and also complimentary wall lining system for their particular industrial  requirements.
